Our ceremony starts at 6pm! Guests can start arriving to Sweet Lake any time after 5pm, as our first shuttle buses will be leaving the hotels then. The Reception is ~7pm-11pm, followed by a DJ-led after-party that will wrap-up around 1am!

Yes! We will have multiple 28-passenger shuttle busses running to and from the Southern Hotel and the Courtyard Marriott (both located in Covington) out to our wedding and reception venue in Franklinton. The busses will be on stand-by throughout the night and making trips back and forth until 2am as needed. With the wedding starting at 6:00 pm, our departure times for the wedding will be 4:45pm, 5:00pm, and 5:15pm.

Yes - the wedding venue is about 25 minutes from downtown Covington. We strongly suggest getting private transportation for convenience and safety. We will have ample parking for those that drive independently of the charter buses available
